WORSHIP LEADER:
Lead and Direct the Worship Ministries at Lifepoint Church under the supervision of the Creative Arts Pastor. Must be organized and driven, a creative thinker and highly productive working in a fast paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Serve as the “face” of Lifepoint Worship for the attendees and volunteers.
• Drive the Lifepoint culture deep into the musicians and artists within the worship ministry.
• Maintaining a culture of excellence by maintaining the brand & vision of Lifepoint on the stage and off of the stage.
• Develop & maintain a process for finding & developing new leaders, musicians, and artists at Lifepoint.
• Shepherding Volunteers.
• Leading and developing weekly rehearsals and monthly musician development.
• Weekly worship planning.
• Charting songs & building new creative arrangements to songs.
• Writing new worship music that fits the story and vision of how God is moving at Lifepoint Church.
